Zaytouna opened its doors with a simple promise: to serve Lebanon the way it tastes at home. Our founders grew up around long tables in the mountains above Beirut, where meals began with mezze shared by hand and ended with tea and sweets that lasted well past midnight. That spirit lives in every plate we send out — from the char of our mixed grill to the last flake of golden baklava. We grow our own herbs, press our own olive oil, and grill everything over real charcoal, exactly as it's done back home.

Our kitchen is led by chefs trained in Beirut, Tripoli and the Bekaa Valley, each bringing their own family recipes to the Zaytouna table. Together they turn out everything from delicate warak enab to slow-braised lamb ouzi, all rooted in tradition but plated with care.
Every dish passes through hands that grew up cooking for family first, guests second — which is exactly why it tastes like it does. Come meet the people behind the grill.
